Lloyd Hotel, Amsterdam

The hotel room was very big for two people with a beautiful lake view, located underground near the laundry and warehouse. The rooms were very cozy but had a quirky and interesting yet slightly creepy feeling due to constant banging and clanking noises with thin walls. The service was extremely nice to our puppy, resembling professional NY artists working as waiters in a quiet location better than crowded places close to Amsterdam central. The location was out of the city center, providing a less crowded experience and access to small, independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it great for a residential stay. The dining was way too expensive but offered good quality food. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
